와치독 따라하기 전국 캠페인 - 보신탕집 타격하기, 아무나 할 수 있다. > watchdog

너무 쉬워서, 굳이 동물단체가 아니어도 누구든 따라할 수 있고, 개고기사업에 타격을 줄 수 있는 액션이 바로 ????와치독이 선도하고 있는 보신탕집 간판타격 캠페인입니다 .

내 동네 보신탕 간판 하나 없애 본 후라면, 누가 하라고 하지 않아도 더 이상 멈출 수 없는 자신을 발견할 것입니다.

보신탕집이 폐업까지 못 가더라도, 간판을 떼어내고, 조사와 기타 행정처분을 받는 과정을 겪으면서, 그들이 하는 일이 잘못되었으며 더 이상 유지해서는 안 되는 일임을 상기시켜 줍시다.

내가 사는 곳 근처, 지나가면서 본 곳, 마음이 불편했지만 어떻게 해야 할지 몰랐던 그 보신탕집과 건강원들, 이제는 민원으로 타격을 가할 수 있습니다. 모두 행동에 나서야 할 때입니다. 와치독이 알려드리겠습니다. (2.3번째 사진은 누군가가 민원을 넣어 없앤 간판. 이제 이 캠페인의 확장으로 와치독도 누가 넣었는지 알 수 없을 정도가 되고 있습니다)

*의외로 불법 간판이 우리 사회에 난무합니다. 간판은 그 종류와 수, 면적 및 높이에 따라 허가나 신고 절차를 득해야 합니다. 여러분이 본 대부분의 오래된 간판은 신고조차 하지 않은 불법일 확률이 매우 높습니다. 일반음식점 표기조차 되어 있지 않아 식품위생법으로 문제가 됩니다. 현재는 양성화기간이지만 그것은 수량과 규격 등 규정에 적합한 광고물을 대상으로 하는 것이며 옥외광고물 표시 및 설치기준에 맞지 않는 것은 즉시 철거하거나 이행강제금을 부과해야 합니다.

와치독은 개농장을 없애는 비밀결사조직입니다. 개농장을 없애는 것은 많은 전문지식과 경험을 필요로 합니다. 그러나 보신탕 집 정도는 여러분도 가볍게 타격할 수 있습니다.

그저 우리 동네 보신탕집을 검색하고, 복사+붙여넣기로 민원만 작성해 주시면 됩니다.

어떻게 하나요?

동네에서 봤던 보신탕집이나 검색이 되는 보신탕(영양탕, 사철탕) 가게를 검색한다. 로드뷰로 위치 및 외관(간판 전체) 을 확인한다. (직접 가서 확인하면 더 좋다)

국민신문고에 가입을 하고- ‘제보성 민원’ 선택--해당 가게 (업소명, 주소, 전화번호) 의 <옥외광고물 관리법 위반과 식품위생법 위반사항을 조사 및 행정처분을 해주세요> 라는 제목으로 민원을 작성한다.-아래 A와 B 내용을 복사+붙여넣기 해주면 끝


A. 옥외광고물 등 관리법 위반
- 지역 옥외광고물 조례에 따라, 갯수를 초과한 불법간판 행정처분 및 불법으로 확인된 신고·허가대상 옥외광고물은 사법기관에 고발조치.
- 해당 사업장에서 표시·설치한 벽면이용간판, 유리벽면이용간판, led간판, 창문이용간판 등이 옥외광고물관리법에서 규정한 신고·허가를 득하였는지 조사하여 행정처분.
- 지역 조례에 따라 ‘광고물 실명제’ 준수 여부 조사 및 행정처분.
*지주간판과 돌출간판, 옥상간판등도 설치돼 있다면 신고나 허가를 득하였는지 조사하여 행정처분,

간판 외에도 아래는 복+붙하여 덤으로 보내버립시다‼️

B. 식품위생법 위반
- 영업신고 여부 확인하여 행정처분(37조 4항)
- 해당 영업장의 신고면적과 현재 영업면적이 다른 경우 행정처분(37조 4항)
- 건강진단 실시일자 확인하여 행정처분(40조)
- 종업원의 식품위생 보수교육 수료일자를 확인하여 행정처분(41조)
- 신고한 상호명은 무엇이며 간판명에서 신고한 상호명과 일반음식점 표시 준수 여부 확인하여 행정처분(44조 1항 8호)
- 개고기 외 식육에 대한 도축검사증명서 확인하여 행정처분(44조 1항 8호)

The Watchdog has launched a campaign since last summer to induce civil petitions for changing or removing signs of dog meat restaurant. The objective of this campaign is to undermine the industry by causing financial loss and inconvenience for businesses that support dog meat. The good news is that taking action in this regard is simple and can be done by anyone, regardless of whether or not they are members of an animal group.

The campaign aims to tackle the dog meat industry by encouraging people to report illegal signs of dog meat restaurants in their localities. Filing complaints will trigger an investigation, which could result in the closure of the restaurant. Even if the establishment is not completely shut down, the process of removing the sign and going through the administrative actions will send a strong message to the industry that their actions are unacceptable and must be stopped.

If you have noticed any dog meat restaurants around you that you find disturbing, you can now take action and make a difference by submitting a complaint. The attached photos showcase some of the signs that were successfully removed through the campaign's efforts; With the campaign’s growing reach, it has become very difficult to know who did the job. 

Many restaurant signs you see are likely to be illegal. Restaurants are obligated to register with the local government the type, number, area, and height of the sign. Most of the old signs that you come across are most likely unregistered and therefore illegal. Some of these establishments are not even registered as restaurants, which is a violation of the Food Sanitation Act. Although there is currently a grace period, signs that do not meet the standards for displaying and installing outdoor advertisements should be removed immediately or fined.

Watchdog is an organization dedicated to shutting down dog meat farms, which demands a great deal of expertise and know-how. However, anyone can make a difference by taking part in our campaign to bring down dog meat restaurants. With your support, we can continue to expand our efforts and make a real impact in the fight against animal cruelty.
